Privacy Policy
(Last updated March 29, 2007)
About This Notice
We are committed to protecting your privacy and earning your trust. This privacy
policy describes the personal information we collect about you as well as how we
use and protect that information.
This privacy policy is specific to the personal information we collect about you
when you access and view our web site regarding your interest in a franchise.
Information we obtain
We collect information about you to provide information or services to you. This
is called Nonpublic Personal Information ("NPI") because it identifies you and is
not available to the public. We collect information from you in two different ways.
During your visit to our web site, we collect information that you voluntarily provide
through input templates so that we can provide information or services to you. We
also collect information through the use of cookies, transparent GIFs, and log files
for internal use only to understand what you want so that we can enhance your online
experience at our web site.
Cookie. A cookie is a small text file that is saved on a web user’s
computer when the user accesses certain web pages. A cookie identifies a web user
to a web site that gave the user the cookie so that it is easier, for example, for
the user to access his or her account information. In most instances, the information
we gather through a cookie does not personally identify the user.
Transparent GIF (Graphics Interchange Format). A Transparent GIF
is a tiny image file that is transparent to the user and used to track the online
movements of the user. The information we gather through a transparent GIF does
not personally identify the user.
Log File. A log file is a file that maintains a log of every request
that is made to a server, such as a web user’s internet protocol address, internet
service provider, browser type, date and time of web access, and number of clicks
the user has performed. A log file can also be used to get a good idea of where
a web site’s visitors are coming from, how often they return, and how they navigate
through a particular web site. This information is used in the aggregate, and does
not personally identify a user.
Internet protocol (IP) address. IP address is a string of numbers
that are translated into a domain name and tied to a particular user.
Who might get information about me from you?
We will not share any specific personal information that you submit to us without
your permission except as provided herein.
We will share your information as required to prevent fraud or comply with the law.
If you input your contact information on our web site in connection with a web site
contest or survey, we may use your information for our marketing purposes.
If you input your contact information requesting information on a franchise opportunity,
we may provide that information at the appropriate time to a third party representative
of ours who may contact you to communicate information regarding this opportunity.
We do not share information obtained from cookies, transparent GIFs, or log files
with third parties. This information is used for internal purposes to improve our
web site and your online experience at our web site.
Why do you ask for my e-mail address?
We collect your e-mail address so that we can send you e-mails concerning information
regarding franchise opportunities or for our marketing purposes. We will not share
your e-mail address with other companies for their marketing purposes without your
consent.
What about web site security?
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your NPI.
Our security measures help ensure that your data is secured and encrypted, so that
others cannot access it while in transit. We also limit access to our servers and
require our employees to adhere to high standards of ethics and integrity in performing
their jobs.
What about links to other web sites?
Our web site may contain links to other web sites that are not ours. These links
are for your convenience. We do not endorse or approve third party web sites that
are linked to our web site nor have we reviewed the privacy policies of those web
sites. You should read the privacy policies of those web sites for your protection.

Because we are committed to safeguarding your privacy, we will continually strive
to improve the security of your personal information.
