Roni L. Deutch, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairperson of the Board.

Ms. Deutch has served as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairperson of the Board since March 2006. From January 1991 through present, Ms. Deutch has served as Owner and Attorney for Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation, previously the Law Offices of Roni Lynn Deutch, which is located in North Highlands, California.

Shawn J. Ervin, Executive Vice President of Operations, Information Technology & Accounting, and Director.

Mr. Ervin was hired as Executive Vice President of Operations, Information Technology & Accounting in February 2008. Mr. Ervin has been a board Member since March 2007. From July 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Ervin served as an Attorney and an Assistant Managing Attorney for Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation in North Highlands, California. In March 2007, he was promoted to Managing Attorney for the law firm and served in that capacity until February of 2008.

Michael K. Johnson, Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales and Business Development.

Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales and Business Development. Mr. Johnson became Executive Vice President of Franchise Sales and Business Development in February 2008. He previously served as Executive Vice President between March of 2007 and February of 2008. From November 2000 through March 2007, Mr. Johnson was an Attorney and an Assistant Managing Attorney for Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation in North Highlands, California.

Glen Wielandt, Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Wielandt became the Vice President of Operations in April 2007. From October 2006 through March 2007, Mr. Wielandt was the CEO of FranSuccess, a franchise and business consulting company located in Littleton, Colorado. He served as Regional Director with Liberty Tax Service in Virginia Beach, Virginia from December 2001 through September 2006 in charge of the western nineteen states. From December 1992 through November 2001, Mr. Wielandt was a Jackson Hewitt franchisee in the Denver, Colorado areas. From January 1980 through April 1993, he worked for various H&R Block company and corporate offices in various capacities over that time period in Salinas, Marina, Carmel, and Monterey, California, Glen Burnie, Maryland, and Nuernberg, Germany. He also performed tax duties as a VITA officer while serving in the Army in Fort Ord, California, Presidio of San Francisco, California, Fort Meade, Maryland, and Nuernberg, Germany.

Lewis B. Trio, Vice President of Franchise Development.

Mr. Trio has served as the Vice President of Franchise Development since February 2008. He previously served as Vice President of Marketing & Support from October 2006 through February 2008. From January 1985 through March 1999, he served as a Regional Director in Atlanta, Georgia for Fantastic Sams, Inc., an international franchisor of hair salons. From April 1999 through October 2006, Mr. Trio served as an independent franchisor consultant based in Atlanta, Georgia for both Fantastic Sams regional franchisors and individual Fantastic Sams franchisees. Additionally, during this same time period, Mr. Trio served as an independent franchisor consultant in Cumming, Georgia for various franchise companies developing marketing, franchise sales, and various franchise support programs.

Russell A. Deutch, Vice President of Franchise Sales.

Mr. Deutch has served as Vice President of Franchise Sales since February 2008. He previously served as Vice President of Franchise Development from October 2006 through February 2008. From January 1997 through October 2006, Mr. Deutch served as a Manager in the Client Intake Department for Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation in North Highlands, California.
